Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Fharquharson as well as Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox, who studied for three year in the Royal Academy of Music London in 1970s, was accepted. She was able to survive by surviving on a student stipend, and work part-time jobs. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents were inferior to those of the Royal Academy classmates. So she thought about alternative paths she could take. Lennox played the flute in the 1976 group called Dragons Playground. She left the band before the band was invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent show New Faces. From 1977 to 1980, she was the lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop band. The band she was in, was introduced to Dave Stewart. Together they will create the Eurythmics pop duo. After that, Lennox began working on her first solo album Diva that came out in 1992. The album was an enormous success both commercially and critically. ...
