Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2, 1981) is an South African model, actress and television personality. Brandt began her acting career with her role in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. After that, she landed her first American part on Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress was a part of a lot of television shows during the last decade including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies, and The Librarians. Brandt was the main character Mazikeen from 2016. The show Lucifer is a comedy starring Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt is originally from Cape Town South Africa, however, she relocated with her parents to Auckland New Zealand in late in her adolescence. Brandt began her modeling career through appearances in commercials and print ads. Prior to her rise to fame as a model she worked in the field of retail sales as well as working as an IT recruitment consultant. The role she played was Leilani an NZer in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as the young slave girl named Naevia. The role of Naevia has also been played by her in the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began playing an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix hit series Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer is the biggest one that she has played to date. In this show, she is co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
Maria Bartiromo was the first American journalist to broadcast live in the New York Stock Exchange. Her reputation has been recognized for her many very successful television shows.
